Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Terms:
Deposit is 50% of daily rate including Government Tax (Vat @ 14%). Remaining 50% of daily rate, including Government Tax (VAT @ 14%), is payable on arrival. All Trophy Fees are payable on completion of safari.
Cancellations received 120 days prior to commencement of safari will be refunded the full deposit, less bank charges.
Cancellations received there after shall forfeit the deposit unless it is transferred to an alternate hunt. If alternate hunt is cancelled deposit shall be forfeited.
