Trophy Fees
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Deposit is 50% of daily rate including Government Tax (VAT @ 15%). Remaining 50% of the daily rate, including Government Tax (VAT@15%) is payable on arrival.
- All Trophy Fees are payable on completion of safari.
- Cancellations received 120 days prior to commencement of safari will be refunded the full deposit, less bank charges.
- Cancellations received there after shall forfeit the deposit unless it is transferred to an alternate hunting date. If alternate hunt is cancelled deposit shall be forfeited.
- Payment options include the following: bank transfer, cash, bank draft or certified cheque. Credit Cards by prior arrangement only.
- All prices quoted in $US.
- No swapping of animals.
- For rifle hunters only.
